King Pine Multisport Weekend - Volunteer - We Need You!
Interested in being a part of the King Pine Multisport Weekend but don't want to race? VOLUNTEER! The King Pine Triathlon can always use enthusiastic people to help make this the best event. Volunteers are needed for the Sprint , Youth, and Family Distance races. For more information or to volunteer, email Carol at:
Individual Volunteers
Individual volunteers will be asked to check-in with the volunteer coordinator at the pre-event informational meeting.
Group Volunteers
One lead person from each volunteer group needs to sign up their group. This person will serve as the Point of Contact with the race staff. A group (organization) needs to have a min of 2 adults and 8 youth. Volunteers will be asked to attend a pre-event informational meeting.
An average of 6 hours on race day will be required. Race Organizers (Triathlon Technique, LLC) will make a $250.00 donation to individual organizations that support the event (Some restriction apply. Please contact us.) All donations will be credited after the completion of the race.
All volunteers (both individuals and groups) are required to sign a USAT waiver of liability. Please click the link below to download and print the PDF waiver file: All Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation to and from their assigned areas.

- King Pine Ski Area Lift Ticket

- Swim Course
- Bike Aid Station
- Run Aid Station
- Finish Line
- Run Course
- Registration
- Set-up Crew
- Clean up/ Breakdown Crew
